Master’s Message – May 2018
Always happy, never satisfied."
In addition to having a positive attitude, you should also try hard for a winning one. The phrase "Always happy, never satisfied" is a great way to verbalize this attitude. you should feel happy about the hard work that you put forth in your training and your life, but you should never settle for just enough. Having this type of attitude will help you combine having a positive outlook on things with striving toward personal excellence. During class, you can ask yourself what you can do "today" to be happy about a certain move or technique, Once you get it done, talk about it with someone who can help about what you can do to improve it for tomorrow or next week. This will help you constantly work toward self-improvement and excellence.
